Pat Bitterberg is originally from Bloomington, Illinois where she met her husband, Gene. She began her career with Shorewest Realtors in 1980 and fast became the number one sales person in the company. Pat's unsurpassed negotiating skills make her second to none.
Mark Patton also started his career with Shorewest in 1980. He and Pat found they could combine their wonderful working relationship and a shared pride in the high standards of their business practices. This has led them to a successful and long lived partnership. Mark's approach is hands down the best when it comes to a detailed understanding of the market.
Steve Bauman came to us with a degree in law and joined the group in 1997. Steve's trademark is a laid-back, low pressure approach to assisting his customers.
